Contract cancellation / return period

Your cancellation time for your contact is 14 days after order completion with no need of stating any reasons. The costs for the return must be paid by the customer. To exercise the right of cancellation and placing a return you have to contact us by means of a clearly stated declaration of your decision to cancel this contract. To comply with the cancellation time limit, it is sufficient if you send the notification regarding the exercise of your cancellation right before the cancellation time limit has expired. We will respond to your request as soon as possible and will let you know on how to proceed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  

 

Consequences of cancellation action

If you cancel your contract, we must pay back all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery charges. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

You must return or transfer possession of the product(s) promptly – in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of your contract.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
